The owner of this apartment building wanted to repair the facade and the concrete balcony slabs, as well as update the look of the building.
Grgas designed the repairs and reviewed the repair and waterproofing of the balcony slabs, replacing the old metal railings with new aluminum/glass railings and the façade coating to protect the brick exterior to complete the freshened look.
